 The small print!

·     FREE delivery within Jersey for most major publisher’s books. Regretfully small and specialist publishers do charge postage to us, or what they term "Small Order Surcharges", we reserve the right to pass these on.

·     We have access to 250,000 titles which can be air-freighted to us from a UK wholesaler. If you are not in a hurry, then major publisher’s books usually take 7 to 10 days if in stock at their distributors. Self-publishers and educational suppliers can vary in efficiency, but we will chase them periodically.

·     Collect or deliver. You may collect your order from our centrally placed shop at the Jersey Museum. Alternatively, tell us where in the island we should deliver to. Deliveries in St.Helier or out of town is not a problem, but at busy periods we may need to make special arrangements with you! A day time telephone number is helpful in all cases.

·    In Jersey pay on delivery, not before! When your goods are delivered or collected from our shop we will ask you for payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Cheques and Cash at the shop!

·     Business to business. If you are a business with a local trading address; school; parochial or States Department, we can invoice you on delivery. Please enquire about our terms.

·     If you are outside the Bailiwick of Jersey but want us to send you a book then please contact us and we will do our best.

·     Gifts and collectables can be posted world wide. Pay using Paypal secure payment. You do not need to have a Paypal account.

·     Items for posting to UK or internationally will require payment to be sent to us in UK pounds before we can despatch.

.   All Paypal buttons on this site are for delivery to the UK.     If you are an international customer, please email us for a quote for postage to your country before paying by Paypal.

.    Books and other products do sometimes go out of stock so please note that all items are offered subject to availability. We can not guarantee that at the time of ordering that all items displayed will be available form stock.
